Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Bethropic ("Bethropic", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, games, and services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

You may use the Platform only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling or use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted ("Restricted Jurisdictions").
• You are not on any sanctions list and are not acting on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may refuse, restrict, or close accounts to comply with applicable law.

You must register for an account to bet with real funds. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may hold only one account. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulently obtained accounts may be closed and associated balances withheld. We may require identity verification (KYC) and source-of-funds checks at any time, and may suspend account functions until such checks are satisfactorily completed.

The Platform operates with cryptocurrency. You are responsible for the accuracy of all wallet addresses and network selections you use. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or over an incompatible network.

Cryptocurrency values are volatile. We are not responsible for changes in the market value of any asset. Deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. We may apply minimum and maximum limits, and may delay or decline withdrawals pending verification, security review, or as required by law.

You may not use the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activity, or convert funds of illegitimate origin. All balances must derive from your own legitimate funds.

Our original games use a provably-fair system. Outcomes are generated deterministically from a server seed, your client seed, and an incrementing nonce, and the values behind each round are displayed in the game. You may rotate your client seed at any time. By playing, you accept the outcome of each round as final.

Bets are settled at the odds and rules displayed at the time of the bet. In the event of an obvious error, malfunction, or bug affecting odds, payouts, or game behaviour, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and correct balances accordingly.

Zero-amount ("free play") rounds carry no monetary value and produce no winnings.

Bonuses, rewards, and promotions may be offered subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligibility, time limits, and maximum conversion. Where promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms apply to that promotion.

We may withhold or reclaim bonuses and related winnings where we reasonably determine that a promotion has been abused, including through bonus-hunting, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts.

The Platform includes an AI VIP concierge that can answer questions, help you navigate, and, at your request, prepare actions such as opening a game or drafting a bet. The concierge is an assistant only. Its responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

Actions that move real funds or change your account always require your explicit confirmation and are re-validated by our servers. You remain solely responsible for any action you confirm. Real-money automated betting via the concierge is available only after you have accepted the applicable risk disclosure.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collude with other players or engage in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive activity;
• Provide false information or attempt to circumvent Restricted Jurisdiction, verification, or security controls;
• Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. We provide tools to help you play responsibly and encourage you to use them. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, seek support from a professional organisation in your jurisdiction, and consider self-exclusion.

All content on the Platform — including software, game designs, text, graphics, and the Bethropic name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No other rights are granted.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or crypto assets arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant event arose.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by law or risk management. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bethropic is licensed and operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to resolve disputes first by contacting our support team. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
